WAX Guild- BlokCrafters Month In Review
Hello everyone, hope the mission to the moon while changing the world one block at a time is going smooth for everyone :)
We want to begin sharing on a monthly basis what our team is up to and where our focus is directed, we do this with the purpose of letting the community see all the awesome things we are working on & hopefully hearing your thoughts about what you think. As a Guild on the WAX Protocol there are many hats Guilds have to wear so we can do our best at operating and evangelizing the WAX protocol. These monthly updates will be broken down into 4 categories.

Infrastructure
We take pride in our thick juicy infrastructure! WAX has been growing at an astounding pace and our Guilds Infrastructure has had to grow with the growth of the network. If you aren’t familiar with the technical side of operating a blockchain this next part might be boring.
We currently run our own Atomic Assets API, we do this to assist with AtomicHub’s large amount of traffic that is growing larger by the day.
We operate our own Hyperion History API. Hyperion History API is a full history solution, these are very important for keeping a record of all of WAX’s blocks.
This week we began a large upgrade to our Hyperion History solution so currently you may find it down. It is expected to be available again this coming weekend, August 21st. We are more than quadrupling the available power for Hyperion and are expecting the new servers to have a relatively long life and provide for a greatly improved Hyperion API availability.
Our Block Producer machine is a tank of a machine! The speed at which our producer runs is one of the fastest on the entire chain. Check out speed metrics of WAX guilds here :)
We are proud of our guilds infrastructure, we are impressed with the growth the WAX blockchain has shown over the last couple months and are confident in our ability to continue to support this growing network & community!
WAX Content Creation
One of the greatest part’s of the WAX community is that there is so many awesome content creators that help create amazing content. Our Guild has a Youtube Channel where we create guides/tutorials, host interviews with fascinating and new NFT projects, host live events during NFT drops to help spread the buzz about fun projects! This month we have been focusing on interviewing NFT projects, creating tutorials on how to use NeftyBlocks many features and also informative videos on NFT utility games like WAXArena & GreenRabbit.

WAX Tools & Products
Tools are what make a Guild stand out when comparing Guilds to each other, just to name a few notable tools/products we really admire are AtomicHub, Tokenhead, NeftyBlocks, and Wax.bloks. We are currently working on developing our own Tools, we think the NFT space is at the very beginning of its journey to change the world & the next unicorns are being built today in this space.
What we are Building
MyNifties- A NFT portfolio tracking app similar to Tokenhead where you will be able to track the price of your NFT collection’s in real time, check your WAX balances and share your NFT collection’s with friends. We will be making a post soon with more information as we get closer to the launch of this application. The app will be for IOS & Android, also the Website http://mynifties.io/ will be live in the near future. Stay Tuned :)
WAX Monitoring System- A system for monitoring and notifying WAX Guilds about there WAX infrastructure in cases of when machines go down in real time. This will be a powerful tool for Guilds operating the WAX Network because it will give them a real time alert system for there entire WAX infrastructure in the case they dont have there own alerting system or there own alerting system fails. Redundancy in blockchain ecosystems is healthy :)
Our Guild is not currently in any Business development deals with others companies looking to leverage the WAX blockchain. So for our last category there is no update… Yet… :)
